IEF supports sustainable solutions such as beehive fences (which elephants avoid), poliwire fences, and community-based education programs that allow humans and elephants to coexist peacefully. The goal is to turn HEC into Human-Elephant Coexistence (HECx). IEF funds coexistence programs that reduce conflict.
