Hotel Information and Notes
Reservations must be made by 4 November 2025 to secure discount rates
Shuttles: Limited shuttle service to and from the Fort Worth Zoo will be provided by IEF for hotels 1-4, and 9. Symposium attendees staying at other hotels should plan to make their own daily transportation arrangements. They are all within a healthy walking distance, but rideshare companies Uber and Lyft both operate in the area.
Hotels: IEF has negotiated room blocks at lower price points for the hotels listed above. If there is a location that you are interested in, please book early in case the hotel fills up. We also suggest checking sites like Hotels.com for these locations. If you book early, you may be able to secure one of these hotels at an even lower price point.
