After the chaos of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving has become known as Giving Tuesday–a global day of giving to show gratitude to the causes we love. At the International Elephant Foundation, it is our tradition on Giving Tuesday to give back to you!

Luc Mathot of Conservation Justice, who is working to increase prosecutions and reduce illegal wildlife trafficking.

Sarah Maisonneuve of Wildlife Connection, who is working to promote peaceful human-elephant coexistence in Tanzania.

Tashi Wangdi who serves as the Human-Elephant Conflict focal person under the Divisional Forest Office, Sarpang, Bhutan, and works with local communities to mitigate human-elephant conflict challenges.

Dr. Josh Schiffman & Dr. Lisa Abegglen of Peel Therapeutics, studying what makes elephants physiologically unique and using that knowledge to help humans and elephants!

Jessica Carey of the Friends of the Arubuko-Sokoke Forest, who is protecting and preserving a region which once stretched from Somalia to Mozambique and has now been reduced to a mere 420 square kilometers.
