The International Elephant Foundation is excited to announce the 21st International Elephant Conservation & Research Symposium to be held on December 5-8, 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas!

For the first time in over a decade this important symposium is returning to the United States. Hosted by the Fort Worth Zoo, this exclusive in-person event will feature luminaries from the elephant conservation and research world.

The pressures on wild populations of elephants are increasing at an alarming rate. Wildlife habitat continues to shrink while human-elephant conflict increases. Conservationists and researchers around the world strive to protect the remaining animals and habitat, and this symposium is the preeminent opportunity to share new results, make connections, and learn.

We invite you to Save The Date and meet us in Fort Worth in December!

Call for Abstracts will be open February 1st!
