The 19th International Elephant Conservation & Research Symposium is a little more than 2 months away! After 2 years of virtual symposia, we are so excited to see everyone in person and provide the important networking and opportunities for connection that make this event so special and valuable!

This year’s symposium will be held November 14-17, 2023 in Chiang Mai, Thailand at the Empress Hotel Chiang Mai. There are 4 days of talks covering everything from behavior, management, EEHV, human-elephant conflict, genetics, and more!

Registration is filling up and here are some important dates to remember as you plan your symposium attendance.

Important Deadlines

September 30th: Last Day for guaranteed group rate and reservations at the conference hotel.

October 13th: Last day to secure the Early Bird registration rate of $150.

October 27th: Last day to secure the Regular registration rate of $200.
