The 21st International Elephant Conservation & Research Symposium supported by Global Conservation Partner Vantara is less than a month away, so we thought we’d share some important links and deadlines:

    • Symposium dates: December 5th-8th, 2025
    • Optional Icebreaker event tentatively scheduled for the evening of December 4th.
    • Register to attend the Symposium here.
    • The special early elephant registration rate ends on November 10th when the price will increase to $300.
    • Access the latest provisional program here.

Immediately following the Symposium is the Global EEHV Meeting EEHV Meeting on December 9th and 10th. This meeting is only open to EEHV researchers, veterinarians and veterinary staff specializing in elephant care, elephant managers, and elephant keepers.

For both events, book your hotel by November 10th to take advantage of the special symposium rate. We will make every effort to extend the deadline, but an extension cannot be guaranteed.

If you haven’t yet, you should make sure to check out the provisional programs. We have some incredible things planned including unique entertainment that can only happen in Texas!

See you in Texas,
