Immediately following the Symposium, we will hold the Global EEHV Meeting December 9-10, 2025, also at the Fort Worth Zoo in Texas. This exclusive event brings together leading experts, researchers, veterinarians, and elephant care professionals to advance knowledge, diagnosis, treatment, and management of Elephant Endotheliotropic Herpesvirus (EEHV)—a critical threat to both Asian and African elephants worldwide. The meeting provides a vital forum to share progress, strengthen international collaboration, and enhance efforts to protect elephant populations from this deadly disease.

We welcome EEHV researchers, veterinarians and veterinary staff specializing in elephant care, elephant managers, and elephant keepers to join this event. Attendance is limited to qualified professionals; we hope you will join us. Register by November 10th to take advantage of the current pricing–the fee increases to $150 after November 10th.
